First, let us know which monthly Advantage Payments option you want. We'll send you our promise of what we will do for you in writing. You send us the first month's payment and we'll get to work on your site. When your site is finished, we'll invoice each month for the remaining payments. That's it! 

Monthly storage is the amount of space that your site content uses (graphics, videos, text, etc.). Data transfer happens every time a site visitor views your content. A lot of website hosts put a limit on your space and data transfers. We don't.  We make unlimited space and data transfers standard for every site  because we know that a smaller website does not necessarily mean a smaller demand or influence. "Not enough" is not in our vocabulary (and we don't want it to be in yours either). So, we give you plenty of room to do big things!

If one of our website options doesn't have all the features you need, just let us know! We will work with you to tailor a bespoke website plan that meets your needs.

We're confident in WordPress abilities. So, we decided to join the other 75+ million users of the world's leading content management system (CMS) platform and build your website on the Wordpress platform. This gives us access to a variety of cost-effective feature-rich options that can be plugged into your site. 

We had the choice of offering you premium options at an affordable price and us doing all the work for you, or basic options with a content management system (CMS) that cost more and you doing all the work yourself. We wanted you to have the best so we designed our website options with that in mind. But, if you want to do your own updates, we can work that out for you!

Absolutely! This is a collaborative effort. We will take all of your input into consideration and build you a site that meets professional design standards.

Typically, the conventional standard is 50% to initiate service and 50% upon site completion. Additionally, hosting fees are customarily paid up front and maintenance fees begin as soon as the site is completed (which for us is normally 3-weeks or less). Distributing the website costs over a year makes having a professional website more affordable for you. 

Yes you can! We offer up to 1 year to pay off for your site, but you can pay it off before then.  When you receive your monthly invoice, you can easily adjust your payment amount if you want to pay more.

To keep payments affordable, we waive the hosting and maintenance, and reduce our update fees by as much as 50% for some plans for as long as you are paying for the website (up to a year). Once you're finished paying for the site, hosting and maintenance fees will be locked in at the rate you are already used to paying. No surprises.

Yes, you can! We include blog posts and professional proofreading and editing as part of our Concierge Updates service. So even if you have a 3-page website, you can still add as many blog posts as you like. Just send us your content, and we'll take care of the rest.

Not sure what to say on your website? No problem! Leave the content writing to us! We have an expert copywriter on staff who can expertly capture what your ministry, service, or brand is all about and communicate that to your audience. And remember, when it comes to website content, it's quality not quantity that is most important.

We're all about flexibility and loyalty. If you discover that your growth demands more pages/content, just let us know! We are more than willing to work out a custom solution just for you. (By the way, we don't count blog posts in your page count.)

When you sign up for a plan, we automatically allocate a block of time for your Concierge Updates. Part of our modus operandi (m.o.) is to "do more than expected," so we'll find other ways to give you exceptional service even when updates aren't needed.

We are recipients of grace and we believe in giving grace. We will give you a 7-day grace period to catch up on your payment. If you're still having difficulty making a payment, let us know. We believe in doing good. And since we work primarily on an honor-based system, we expect the same from you.
